PRESS RELEASE: SUS Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear UFV students,

The SUS Board of Directors has approved the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be April 8th, 2024, at 11:15am. Our AGM will take place in person at Evered Hall in S Building. Lunch will be provided and attendees will have the chance to enter a draw to win an iPad!

The AGM is where we provide the student membership with an overview of our work and accomplishments over the past year, and review our audited financial statements.

The agenda will be linked to our website for you to check out before the meeting. At the AGM, you will have the chance to vote on a Special Resolution to update SUS Bylaw 3.1.2.1 to reflect current UFV Senate practises on who is considered a student and SUS member. Please check out the agenda before the AGM for more details.
