Here at Fair Grounds Coffee, we strive to create a high-quality coffee experience. Whether it's your cappuccino, London fog to go, or the bag of beans you brew at home, we want your experience at Fair Grounds to be the best one yet.
We opened in the fall of 2015 as a fair trade, eco-friendly, organic, and ethical coffee shop in the Student Union Building. In addition to our Canterbury roastery coffee and espresso, we also offer a broad selection of brewed teas, bakery items, and a variety of in-house grab-and-go items. Enjoy your favourite beverage and snack while on break from your classes.

We use Two Leaves and a Bud. Two Leaves and a Bud is an independent tea company from Colorado, known internationally for producing high-quality organic and fair trade teas. Two Leaves and a Bud was a pioneer of the pyramid-shaped sachet. The special shape and size of the sachet allows the tea to infuse completely, providing fuller flavour and a more memorable tea experience.
