Governed by our Constitution, By-laws, Policies and Procedures as determined by our Student Membership.

Our Bylaws can only be changed through a Special Resolution approved by our membership at a General Meeting and are the highest governing documents within SUS. They contain high level rules and regulations and exist to provide a framework for the Board of Directors and Operations team. Policies and procedures are more specific and can be changed by the Board of Directors, with the exception of the Elections Policy, which can only be changed through an ordinary at our Annual General Meeting.
