Our Student Union Building features the perfect location for your next occasion!
The Student Union Building (SUB) is designed with students at its core, while also serving the broader UFV community. We welcome students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni, and external partners to make use of this shared space. The SUB is a place where the UFV community comes together to connect, collaborate, and build meaningful experiences.
With a range of bright, spacious, and professional venues, the SUB offers flexible booking options to suit a variety of needs, from meetings and workshops to events and gatherings. Every space is thoughtfully designed to be comfortable, accessible, and inviting, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.
Rental Spaces
Evered Hall (S1114, S1116, S1118)
A large, open, and versatile space capable of hosting a various range of events. This space offers multiple options to create an event custom to any needs and wants, from yoga classes to conventions.
This space can be divided into three sections (South, Middle and North) or used as one ample space (Full).

Boardroom (S3103)
Professional meeting space for study groups, clubs, faculty meetings, presentations and more. Collaborate, ideate and express yourself in style. Our boardroom is designed to create a meeting environment that focuses on security, respect, and service. To make the best impression, reserve our private and professional boardroom today.

Atrium
The Atrium is the heart of the SUB building; rent the south end to create an event or gathering. This space can be cleared and set up for speakers, performances, and vendors. It is ideal for exposing the student body and gathering attention from the inflow and outflow of students.

Photobooth
Note: In the reservation of Atrium, there will still be a flow of public traffic entering and exiting the building, in addition to Fair Grounds Coffee operations during operating hours.
Capture the fun and create lasting memories with our photobooth rental, available for your event. Perfect for engaging attendees, the photobooth offers a simple and interactive experience for guests to enjoy throughout your event.
Photos are available instantly online, making it easy to share and revisit moments. Instant photo printouts are also available for an additional cost, giving guests a takeaway keepsake from your event.

If you need a classroom for your class project, please contact your instructor or department for assistance.

Important Information
Taxes are not included on this invoice.
Room rental rates are subject to change and may be adjusted periodically without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
SUB rentals and the SUS reserves the right to approve or deny any requests according to its internal Terms and Conditions.
Reservation requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the day of your event.
Please note that NO RESERVATION REQUEST is considered as confirmed or as a booked space until:
The contract has been signed by the client.
Proof of payment has been submitted by the client (if applicable).
The finalized contract has been signed and approved a by the SUS Facilities Team.
An e-mail confirmation of the space been booked has been sent to the client.
If the client fails to submit all requested documentation, and the reservation request remains tentative and not finalized after 4 weeks from the initial request, SUB Rentals and SUS reserve the right to open the requested day and make it available for other clients to reserve.
