Ingredient list / measurements:

1/2 cup all purpose flour

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons melted butter divided

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon of salt

Garnish Options

Whipping cream

Fresh berries

Maple syrup

Cinnamon

Icing sugar

Nutella

Jam & Peanut butter



Directions :

1. Preheat oven to 450° degrees.

2. n a medium sized bowl whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt and sugar. Add the flour and stir until incorporated being careful not to overmix.

3. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter to the bottom of a 9 or 11 inch cast iron frying pan. Pour the batter into a skillet and bake for 12-18 minutes or just until the edges start to brown. Top with desired toppings.

Also called a German pancake, this is super easy to make and incredibly delicious. Great with a fruit compote, syrup, or just some butter. This was the first thing I could ever cook properly, and it has stuck with me since childhood.

Ingredient list / measurements:

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup flour

3 Tbsp butter

**Optional:

Lemon Juice

Powdered Sugar


Directions :

Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit. Put the butter into the baking dish. Place baking dish in oven while preheating to melt butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, and eggs. Mix until smooth.

Carefully pull out baking dish. Pour mixture directly into the center. Bake for 15-20 minutes until it rises and the edges are golden-brown.

Take out the dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and continue to bake for 1 minute.

Take out the dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!

Glass or cast-iron baking dish (9×13 or smaller)

Tips:

If you want to switch things up try adding:

Cooked bacon

Ham slices

Tomato slices

Spinach

Guacamole

Swiss cheese

Make it spicy, add Jalapeños!

1 – Bagel of your choice (Everything Bagel is our most popular ones!)

1 - Egg

1 – Slice of cheddar cheese

1- Tablespoon butter


Directions :

1. Place bagel in toaster and toast as desired.

2. Over medium heat, add ½ tsp of butter to the frying pan.

3. Once melted add egg and cook until desire doneness.

4. Turn off heat, but leave the pan on the burner.

5. Add cheese to the egg.

6. Cover with a lid and let the heat melt the cheese.

7. Butter toasted bagel.

8. Place egg and cheese pile on one-half of bagel and top with the other half

9. Enjoy !
