Workshops on Social Science Research

The 2013 Workshops on Social Science Research (WSSR) are starting very soon! These one to five-day workshops hosted by the Department of Political Science at Concordia University provide short and intensive learning opportunities in the fields of democratic governance, public policy, and research methodology.Workshop instructors are renowned political figures in Canadian, provincial, and municipal politics and top researchers in their fields.

A few examples are former Leader of the Liberal Party Stephane Dion, former Deputy Prime Minister Sheila Copps, and former President of the Treasury Board Stockwell Day. 

The WSSR is open to everyone! 

At the WSSR, you can:

  • Earn practical experience
  • Expand your network
  • Deepen your knowledge
  • Share ideas
  • Gain university credit
  • And much more.

Workshops run in May and June. This event provides future leaders with concrete tools to become better decision-makers. Take advantage of it!
