SUS Health & Dental Plan Change of Coverage dates – the Change of Coverage Period for the Fall 2013 H&D registration has been set!
So, if you’re already covered by an equivalent health and dental plan you can opt out and be reimbursed for the SUS Health & Dental fee between AUGUST 27 & SEPTEMBER 18 at ihaveaplan.ca only. ( You can’t opt out if you’re covered only by MSP, or only have dental coverage ).
Opting out of the U-Pass – SUS Members may opt out of the U-Pass Program if:
1 – you are taking only online or distance education courses within that semester;
2 – if you have a B.C. Transit Pass issued by the B.C. Government, which is valid during the same time as the U-Pass;
or,
3 – if you have a documented disability, which has been verified by UFV Disability Services and that makes the public transit system inaccessible.
Providing these qualifications, you may be eligible to opt out of the U-Pass program and receive reimbursement.
The Opt Out Period for the U-Pass is in September, but you are welcome to submit applications early!
