The Fraser Valley, B.C., March 23, 2012 – The University of the Fraser Valley ( UFV ) Student Union Society ( SUS ) will not take action on the “Yes” result of the recent Activity & Wellness Fee referendum it hosted at the request of the University.
The reason being that the motion in the February 3, 2012 SUS Board meeting, which saw the Winter semester referendum process launch, did not receive the 75% vote necessary to hold a referendum under SUS bylaws.
